Guarantee

  • The manufacturer's factory warranty is provided for all products.
  • Warranty obligations do not apply to electrical equipment, consumable spare parts and materials (oils, filters, technical fluids, auto cosmetics, lamps, candles, electronic units, fuses, etc.). This type of product is checked for integrity and functionality at the time of receipt.

Product return

  • The Buyer can submit a claim for the return of a new product within 14 calendar days from the moment of purchase or receipt of the product at the carrier's office. Transport costs for the return of goods are carried out at the expense of the buyer.

Return of a new product

A new product can be returned under the following conditions:

  • No traces of installation on the car;
  • Preservation of the integrity of the original packaging and labeling of the product, and the completeness of the delivery.

Return of defective goods

  • Claims for the quality of fragile goods are accepted on the condition that damage is detected directly during the acceptance of the goods directly on the spot or at the carrier's office. Fragile goods include: goods in the design of which there are parts made of plastic, glass (beacons, headlights, lanterns, tanks, bumpers, etc.), and also have sealed cavities (radiators, metal and plastic tubes).
  • The malfunction or defect occurred due to the fault of the transport company. When receiving the goods from the transport company, be sure to check the integrity of the packaging of your order. Check the packaging for any damage. If the packaging of the goods shows signs of obvious damage, traces of impacts, dents, or is opened, you should notify the representative of the transport company and immediately contact our managers to resolve the situation.
  • The product has a hidden defect that cannot be detected visually, without damage to the packaging, can be returned by the Buyer if the defect was detected before installation on the vehicle or the installation was carried out at a certified service station
  • The warranty covers engine parts, carburetor, main gear reducer and gearbox, incl. aggregates, if they are installed at a certified service station.

Returning spare parts due to their defect, and it has already been installed on the car, you must provide: - a certificate and conclusion of the service station on the installation of this product on the client's car and its unsuitability; - a copy of the order - next to the car service where the product was installed on the car; – a copy of the license of this service for carrying out work on the installation of this product and maintenance of this type of car; – a copy of the certificate of conformity for the provision of services provided by the service; - a document confirming the purchase of the Goods from the Seller.

  • Auto parts, equipment, and other goods covered by the Manufacturer's Factory Warranty must be returned for examination with a completed Warranty Card of the prescribed model and copies of documents confirming the purchase. Such goods are additionally subject to the conditions and requirements of the manufacturing plant.

Refusal to return

  • With mechanical damage (damaged during assembly - disassembly; as a result of an accident, careless operation or with signs of intervention as a result of attempts to independently restore - repair the warranty unit);
  • Signs of overheating as a result of violation of operating rules or work performance technology;
  • Modified during installation (changing the design, geometry or material properties of the product, grinding, trimming, applying additional coatings - painting, etc.)
