WARRANTY CONDITIONS
- Goods
and spare parts purchased from our online store and installed
independently are provided with a warranty period of 14 days from the date
of sale. Installing a spare part at a service station without issuing
documents on the work performed is equivalent to installing the spare part
independently.
- Goods
and spare parts installed by a certified service center, in compliance
with all technological standards and installation rules, and with the
execution of documents on the work performed (work order), are provided
with a guarantee from the manufacturer, with a mileage of no more than 10
thousand km.
- There
is no warranty period for electrical goods, and the warranty on them is
limited to the fact of their operability at the time of installation. This
type of product is checked for its integrity at the time of receipt at the
warehouse or at the carrier's office.
Warranty conditions do not apply to goods and auto parts:
- When
selecting a part from the catalog, a mistake was made (the part was
installed on an unsuitable car), or it was used for purposes other than
its intended purpose (household appliances, household goods,
"handicraft" equipment, etc.);
- The
design of the part was changed (modified) during its installation on the
vehicle (change in design, geometry or material properties of the product,
grinding, trimming, application of additional coatings - painting, etc.);
- The
part's configuration does not match the one it was in when it was
purchased in the store;
- The
part has visible damage, with signs of overheating, as a result of
violation of operating rules or during careless use, the part was operated
in extreme conditions (sports events);
- The part is damaged: by an emergency increase or decrease in voltage
in the network, incorrect connection to the on-board system, defects in
the on-board system in which the product was used, or as a result of
connecting and connecting the product to other power elements, using the
product for purposes other than its intended purpose or in violation of
operating rules.
- The
part replacement procedure was carried out in violation of the
manufacturer's recommendations for vehicle replacement and repair;
- The
service station employees who performed the replacement procedure did not
make sure to check the need to replace other vehicle components that
interact with the new part;
- There
has been unauthorized opening of the part's case, repair or modification
of the internal communications and components of the product, modification
of the design or diagrams of the product;
- Damage has occurred due to foreign objects,
substances, liquids, insects or animals getting inside the product;
- The item is damaged due to natural disasters, fires,
floods, earthquakes, domestic factors and other situations beyond the
seller's control;
RETURN
CONDITIONS
Return of goods:
- The
Buyer may submit a claim for the return of a new product within 14
calendar days from the date of purchase or receipt of the product at
the carrier's office. Transportation costs for the return of the
product are borne by the Buyer.
Return of goods of proper quality :
- No
traces of installation on the car;
- Preservation
of the integrity of the original packaging and labeling of the product,
and the completeness of the delivery, the packaging must not contain any
inscriptions and/or be damaged. ( Please do
not stick tape or other stickers on the packaging, and do not make
inscriptions .)
You have the right to exchange a product of good quality for a similar one
within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, excluding the day of
purchase, if the product did not suit you in terms of consumer properties (does
not meet the declared parameters, does not fit your car), or configuration.
Products of good quality that have individually defined properties are not
subject to exchange, if the specified product can be used exclusively by the
buyer who purchases it. If at the time of your request for exchange of the
product, a similar product is not available for sale on tehnoservic.com.ua, you
can refuse the product and demand a refund of its cost. Attention! In case of
refusal of the product, if it is part of a set, the return can only be made for
the complete set.
Return of goods of inadequate quality :
- Claims
for the quality of fragile goods are accepted if damage is detected
directly during the receipt of the goods directly on site, or at the
carrier's office. Fragile goods include: goods whose design includes parts
made of plastic, glass (beacons, headlights, lanterns, tanks, bumpers,
etc. ), and also have sealed cavities (radiators, metal and plastic
pipes).
- The
fault or defect occurred due to the fault of the transport company. When
receiving the goods from the transport company, be sure to check the
integrity of the packaging of your order. Check for any damage to the
packaging. If the packaging of the goods has traces of obvious damage,
traces of blows, creases or is opened, you should inform the
representative of the transport company about this and immediately contact
our managers to resolve this situation.
- The
product has a hidden defect that cannot be detected visually, without
damaging the packaging, can be returned by the Buyer provided that the
defect is detected before installation on the vehicle or the installation
was carried out at a certified service station.
To return spare
parts due to their defect, and it has already been installed on the car, you
must provide:
- certificate
and conclusion of the service station on the installation of this product
on the client's car and its unsuitability;
- a
copy of the order from the car service where the product was installed on
the car;
- a
copy of the certificate of conformity for the provision of services
provided by the service;
- a
document confirming the fact of purchasing the Goods from the Seller.

contact phone number, description of the problem and enclose it together
with the shipping invoice in the parcel with the goods

PLEASE NOTE: all shipping costs associated with exchanges and returns are
paid by the sender!
The " Return Delivery" and " Postpaid " services must
be canceled. A shipment that has not been paid for by the sender cannot be
received.
It is MANDATORY to inform the manager of tehnoservic.com.ua of the
declaration number of the sent parcel!!!
Adhesive tape , as
well as any clarifying inscriptions on the product packaging, are strictly
prohibited !
According to the legislation, the
seller is liable for defects in goods for which a warranty period has not been
established, if the buyer proves that they arose before the transfer of the
goods to the buyer or for reasons that arose before that moment. Regarding
goods for which a warranty period has been established, the seller is liable
for defects in goods, if he does not prove that they arose after the transfer
of the goods to the buyer as a result of the buyer's violation of the rules for
the use, storage or transportation of the goods, actions of third parties or
force majeure.
The seller is obliged to accept goods of inadequate quality from the buyer and,
if necessary, to check the quality of the goods. The seller is obliged to
conduct an inspection for a period of no more than 30 calendar days. If the
goods were manufactured outside Ukraine, the inspection may take up to 60 days.
After the inspection, warranty repairs of goods with defects that arose due to
the fault of the manufacturer may be carried out. If repair is not possible,
then upon presentation of an expert opinion within the time limits established
by law, we will replace the product with a factory defect with a product of
proper quality, or refund the money within 10 days from the date of such a
request. We ask you to describe the problem with the product in detail. We will
try to find the optimal solution for you.
REFUND
TERMS
- When
returning goods of proper quality, tehnoservic.com.ua will refund its cost
no later than 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
- When
returning goods of inadequate quality, tehnoservic.com.ua will refund its
cost no later than 7 days from the moment of receiving the expert opinion
in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
- The
refund is made in the same way as the payment for the Goods was made - by
postal/bank transfer to the details specified by the Buyer, or in cash.
